Safety, grooming , horse care, intro to riding, clicker training, horse health, anatomy, behavior, tack and equipment, leading and handling. These are not riding focused based camps. They are horse focused based camps. There is so much more to learn and do when being around horses then just the act of carrying you. Come explore all the opportunities and gifts horses bring.
Be comfortable. We will be outside. It will be hot and buggy. While shorts are allowed the flies do bite and it might be more comfortable to have your legs covered with some type of jean or pant. No sandals or open toed shoes. Sneakers or boots permitted.
Cell phones will be turned off and put away during camp. Bring water in a container that keeps it cool. Those staying past the noon hour should bring lunch/snack. Anyone being disruptive will be asked to be picked up.
