Where to start? From the ground up!
We know you are so excited to start riding! However in the saddle is not where the learning begins. Understanding horses from the ground first, their reactions, understanding behavior, basic handling and how to be around them is where people need to start. That is where our lessons begin. Many want to skip through this part and honestly it's the most important. We have several ways to help with this. And also there are so many things you can do with your horse besides riding!
Farm Days
$65/day
This program teaches horse behavior, interaction, handling, adjusting of equipment, groundwork, parts of the horse, parts of equipment, terms, exercises to improve balance, exercises to help understand the horses point of view...so much more than just a riding class! And a great spot to begin your equine adventures!

Vet Tech Handling
$50/session
This program teaches will help inexperienced veterinary students the 411 on horse handling! Many of you aspire to be large animal vets and YOU ARE NEEDED! But you lack the actual hands on experience to teach you about horse handling...the ins and outs of safety and reading reactions. This is a 4 hour hands on to teach you the basics. After this course you can sign up for 1 hour volunteer slots to gain more hands on
and help grow confidence!
Horse Newbie Expereince
$65/session
This is NOT a lesson commitment. This is 2 hour block of time to introduce you to horses. Each session is specifically catered to the needs and desires of each person. Whether you are wanting to understand more or feel you are completely afraid of horses this is for ALL ages…young and old…youth to adult. We can help you gain more understanding and get over those fears! Horses are amazing therapies!
Horses & Behaveior experience
$65/session
This is NOT a lesson commitment. This is 2 hour block of time to introduce you to more specifics on how horses learn, their environment, reactions, behavior reasons and helping you understand their brains to become better partners to your horse or future experience should you decide to own or train somewhere in the future
Little Horsemanship
$45/session
This is NOT a lesson commitment. This is a 30 minute block of time geared specifically for ages 6 & under who are new to horses and are saying they want to ride! This is not a ridden session but a fun way to get to know horses prior to any future lesson commitment.
Where to next? Maybe competition is your goal...maybe pleasure.
After full immersion in understanding of horses and your passion has grown you may want to consider competition on our show team or you may just be in it for pleasure...that's fine too! We do offer a variety of things to suit your equine goals.
Show Team Tuition
$625/mo
This is by evaluation and geared for students (child or adult) wanting to set competition goals. Ownership is not necessary. There are several seasoned horses on the team ready to meet their new partners. Lease options available as well. PROGRAMS FOR RIDERS AND DRIVERS. Horse is included.
On Farm Lease
$525/mo
Maybe just leisure riding and enjoying the horse is your gain. That's fine too! Our on farm lease allows you to come enjoy the horse and ride up to 5x per week. Contact us to discuss details.
